OFFICIAL RULES — FUEL THE FUTURE SWEEPSTAKES

NO CONTRIBUTION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A CONTRIBUTION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

 

1. Sponsor

  • The Sweepstakes is sponsored by WBA FEDPAC (“Sponsor”), a federal political committee.

 

2. Eligibility

  • Open to individuals who are:

    • Legal residents of the United States

    • At least 18 years old at the time of entry verification

    • Not employees or immediate family members of the sponsor or its vendors

  • Void where prohibited by law.

 

3. Sweepstakes Period

  • The Sweepstakes begins on March 18, 2026, and ends on June 26, 2026. (“Sweepstakes Period”).

 

4. How to Enter

  • Multiple entries per person are allowed, depending on the type of entry method.

    • There are two ways to enter:

      • Online Contribution Entry (Optional)

        • Individuals who make a contribution to Sponsor online during the Sweepstakes Period will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for each donation made. Making a contribution is optional and will not improve your chances of winning.

    • Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

    • Free entries will receive one (1) entry per contributor.

 

5. Entry Conditions

  • Only one entry per person is permitted, regardless of method.

  • Multiple attempts to enter may result in disqualification.

  • Entries generated by script, macro, or automated means are void.

  • All entries become the property of the Sponsor.

 

6. Prize

  • One (1) Prize: Washington Wine Country Experience that includes a $300 gift certificate to the Marcus Whitman Hotel & Conference Center and a guided tasting experience for four at Figgins Winery ($160 value). 

  • Approximate Retail Value (ARV): up to $500.

  • Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s discretion. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.

 

7. Winner Selection and Odds

  • The winner will be selected in a random drawing at the WBA Annual Meeting on July 1 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

 

8. Winner Notification

  • The winner will be notified via email within 5 days of the drawing. If the selected winner:

    • cannot be contacted,

    • is ineligible, or

    • fails to respond within 5 days,

  • Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

 

9. Political Contribution Rules

  • Contributions to WBA FedPAC are voluntary and not required to enter or win.

  • Contributions are subject to federal contribution limits and source prohibitions. Sponsor may only accept contributions from individuals who are U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents and otherwise permitted under federal law.

 

10. General Conditions

  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

  • Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

 

11. Privacy

  • Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy and applicable federal law.

13. Winner List

  • To request the winner’s name, send a written request to the Sponsor within 60 days after the Sweepstakes Period ends.

 

Paid for by WBA FedPAC and not authorized by any candidate or candidate’s committee.

Contributions to the PAC are not tax deductible. All contributions are voluntary and will be used for political purposes; you may refuse to contribute without reprisal. Contribution guidelines are only suggestions: you may contribute more or less than the suggested amounts, and you will not be favored or disadvantaged based on the amount of your contribution or your decision not to contribute. Contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
